St. Louis

I wish I was that type of person who could go on a trip, takes lots of gorgeous pictures, and then turn those photos around in a week. But I'm not, and chances are, I never will be. I'm too busy doing other things, like taking more photos... or finding odd props at the nearby thrift store. Or work, which regrettably has taken up most of my life lately. I will say, though, that the fruits of my labor are pretty great. I'll be honest, living alone is incredibly awesome and being able to completely provide for yourself is one of the most freeing feelings you could experience.
I ain't needin' nobody. Ya hear?!

That being said, I finally got around to going through my photos from the trip I took up to St. Louis for the Fourth of July weekend. I went up Thursday after work, and met up with some of my friends. We went to Forest Park and saw a couple of concerts and some really great fireworks (and some really interesting people in the crowd, as well. I bet you all can guess which concert-goer was my favorite). We also briefly stopped by the arch long enough for me to snap some photos before heading back to more concerts.

Gavin DeGraw

You guessed it. My concert goer of choice. Murica.

This photo cracks me up. Oh Chase...

Forest Park

Matt Nathanson, who was HILARIOUS, by the way. Even if you don't like his music, you should go to his concert. He is the funniest.

The group... plus two....
